Health and healing have always been my interest and I believe that health is not mere physical phenomenon that happens randomly. Emotion and state of mind have a big part in your physical condition. There's a Japanese saying, "Sickness comes from your mind." And as we all know that stress is a main cause of illness. At the same time, when you are trying to go back to healthy state from any injury or ailment, your desire to get better and caring heart to your body is very important to your recovery.
As a massage therapist, my deepest desire is to help you feel better and get better with my commitment, care and proper technique applied for your need.
